Shipping & Deliveries

1.1 After placing an order it will be processed within 1 up to 2 business days. Once your order is checked, packed and wrapped, you will receive a track and trace code in your email. Via this track and trace you can follow your purchase online. Please note that your tracking number may also be in your junk and spam folders, so please ensure you also check there.

If you are located in the Netherlands shipment usually take 1-2 working days.

For the Europe: 3 – 4 working days

For the shipment outside EU: 5 – 7 working days

Be aware that shipping times are always estimates and not included processing your order. Kusaka Pets can not be held responsible for delay during shipping.

Duties, taxes and fees

1.2  Kusaka Pets does not cover taxes or duties for national or international shipping. The customer is responsible for any additional fees required upon delivery. More information on duty and tax requirements can be obtained by contacting your local customs office or tax agency.

Please note that delivery of products is dependent on local postal services and may take much longer to reach certain countries. After delivering the order at the post office, KUSAKA pets can not be held responsible for any delay.

1.3 We will always dispatch products to you or contact you at the address you provided at the time you placed the order. After processing your order, it is not possible to change address.
